Fixed: Activities & Workouts Not Automatically Syncing to Stryd

Earlier today, there was a bug this morning in our ecosystem that is caused completed activities to not sync to Stryd's ecosystem. This issue has been fixed now and completed activities will sync to Stryd's ecosystem as usual. If you have missing workouts in your account, you need to manually upload missing activities to your Stryd account
