Earlier today, there was a bug this morning in our ecosystem that is caused completed activities to not sync to Stryd's ecosystem.
This issue has been fixed now and completed activities will sync to Stryd's ecosystem as usual.
If you have missing workouts in your account, you need to manually upload missing activities to your Stryd account
You will need to manually upload the missing activities to your Stryd account by downloading the activity file from Garmin Connect or your sports watch's online platform.

If you have another watch, download the FIT or TCX file from the watch's platform and manually upload that activity to your Stryd account: https://support.stryd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360004014834-How-do-I-import-data-into-PowerCenter-
It is not necessary to do an offline sync with your Stryd pod
Your watch still should have successfully recorded all of your activity data and you can download that activity data from your watch's online platform. We recommend to follow the instructions above to grab that activity file and manually upload that file instead of doing an offline sync.
