How do I track my order?

Note, your order ships soon unless otherwise directed on the order page due to current stocking.

If you are in the US, Canada, and most global destinations Stryd ships from Boulder, CO. You will receive your tracking number within 48  hours via email, unless otherwise directed on the order page due to current stocking.

If you are in the European Union, Stryd ships from the Netherlands. Your information has been forwarded to our service center. Your package is scheduled to leave in the next 48hrs from the distribution center.

For some international destinations, Stryd ships from China. Your information has been forwarded to our service center. We will send you a tracking number as soon as we receive it. This process can take 1-2 business days.

US customers that place an order after 12 pm Mountain Standard Time your order will ship/be fulfilled the next business day. International order may take another 24 hours.
