If you run in rainy or wet conditions with your Stryd power meter featuring wind detection, Air Power may be affected. In some rare circumstances, the average power of your run can be too high, and you may see unrealistic power values on your watch during a segment of the run.
If you switch on Air Power for your graph, you can likely see that Air Power is unrealistically high after the run. This can happen if water enters the airport underneath your Stryd pod. Once your Stryd pod dries out, this problem will disappear and this will not cause any long-term damage to your Stryd.
If you notice that Stryd recorded a power that was too high because of excessive Air Power, and your Critical Power calculations have been affected, you can:
1. Exclude the run in the Stryd app on your phone.
2. Submit a support request below.
