Due to a large number of requests for a Stryd training manual we have been working with the Stryd coach community to create such a document that will explain the basic process and training philosophies behind run power. Attached you will find an initial version of this document that should help those that are new to running power begin training and using their data to improve.
Note: this document is still a work in progress in terms of design, but we believe the content is ready to be shared with all of you. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments. You should be able to leave comments directly in this document as well.
