Recently, Garmin release new firmware for many of their watches. We have had several Garmin users report that after the firmware update they lost connection with Stryd, or witnessed unexpected behavior.
At Stryd, we had issues with Garmin Fenix 5X. We were able to resolve the issue by removing Stryd as a foot pod, and reconnecting Stryd.
Please try disconnect / reconnect your Stryd if you are experiencing problem.
