Our power training plans are around 12 weeks for all distances. If your race is within 12 weeks and you start a training plan, it is possible that past dates are populated with planned runs. This is an issue with our plans that we will address in a future release.
For now, ignore runs in the plan that are scheduled for past dates. You might want to consider adding some runs to your training schedule if you feel you are behind with your training.
