The Stryd Runner Profile indicates your relative ranking in the Stryd community, it's a relative number. For example, you can be a local elite racer, but if 20% of Stryders are national level pros, then your percentage would be still below 80%. If you have done a number of ultramarathons, your muscle endurance can rank extremely high in the Stryd community while there are still many Stryders having a higher critical power than you. Hence, you might still rank relatively low on the metabolic fitness ranking.
On the other hand, the value in the Identify Your Trend graph is absolute, which means that as long as train consistently, the value will increase. That value indicates how ready you are for the race. It is possible that you have a high value in the trend graph (you are so ready for the race!) but a low value in the profile image (you are relatively weaker in some areas compared to other Stryders)
The graphs update whenever you upload new data to PowerCenter. Currently, if you remove a run the values won't be updated, only a new activity upload would trigger the update.
