These are the channels currently in use by Stryd, and how each are intended to be used:
1. Our support team channel at email@example.com: This channel is meant to get customers a fast, definite response to any questions they are having. The messages go straight to our support team and issues are solved in the order they come in. We like this channel because our support team has the entire history of the problem and the channel is in a centralized place.
2. Our Facebook community at https://www.facebook.com/groups/strydcommunity/about/: This channel is meant for community discussion about training and racing with power.
Per our group discussion on Facebook: "Welcome! We have created this group for our Stryd ambassadors and others in the running with power community. Here, you can share best power-based training practices, support others in their training, and come together around the unique stories that each of us can tell about how we came to running with power and the lifestyle created around a passion for running."
This channel is not used for customer support issues. Many of our customers do not understand the inner workings of the device and do not run into issues on a frequent basis. They can provide misleading information.
3. Our Questions & Answer forum: https://club.stryd.com/: This channel is for question & answer threads about Stryd. This is community driven. We will only moderate this if there is foul language or personal insults. We do not filter any posts or comments otherwise. It is completely appropriate and encouraged to discuss problems, bugs, and feature requests in this forum. Many of our hardcore customers are here and can provide deep insight about problems and bugs. You are invited to post any issues here.
