We’ve just released an update to the iOS app, version 4.10, available now on the Apple App Store.
Inside you’ll find:
Audio notifications while running with your iPhone. You need to opt-in to any audio cues you want, which can easily be done by going to settings -> audio cues. Real time is your power/pace/etc the moment the lap/mi/km ends, whereas the average is of course your average power/pace/etc for the lap/mi/km
Weight sync from Apple Health. If you update your weight regularly with Apple Health, you will find this weight automatically synced to the Stryd app, which will then sync it with your Stryd during your run. All you need to do is accept the permission requested by iOS health. If you do not want to sync your weight with Apple Health, don’t accept the permission request.
We updated the lap data to be easier to quickly read what data you’re interested in. This change included adding distance to the laps page, and changing the time field from the duration to the pace of the lap.
Improved the orange highlight line on the map of a run to exactly match the white line for the entire run
Updated UI for iPad on boarding
