Stryd PowerCenter offer powerful tools to track your progress with your training. There are various charts that are helpful.
The muscle endurance chart gets updated every week (Monday to Monday). For that week, the day with the highest RSS is considered. If you run multiple times on a day, the RSS for all runs will be added up.
If you are having problems, check if your runs have RSS recorded. If not, your Critical Power is not set.
If you delete runs, the chart will be updated, but it might take a week (until new data for the week is added).
