Stryd Live is great for use with Zwift on the treadmill and can be used outdoors as well with various 3rd party apps for the phone, or sports watch. The full-featured Stryd app is available only to Stryders that have the full-featured Stryd.
The Stryd app only works to update the firmware on your Stryd Live and upgrade to the full-featured Stryd.
Some Android users reported unexpected behavior of the Stryd app. If functioning correctly, the home screen of the app will look as follows:
If your home screen looks different, sign out from the app and log in again.
