Thank you for buying Stryd! When shipping with DHL and other couriers, a tracking number is immediately assigned when your order is processed. However, tracking numbers are not always immediately activated. International orders processed in our fulfillment center in Asia can take a couple of days to become active due to the way orders are processed.
If you received an update with tracking information, but cannot find the tracking number in the courier's tracking system, rest assured that your order has been processed and that you will be running with power soon! Please be patient for your tracking URL to show tracking information.
