If you are using an Android phone, be adviced that there are some knowns Bluetooth problems. If you find that the Android app asks you to activate your Stryd and cannot connect, please force quit the Stryd app and toggle Bluetooth off/on in the system settings of your phone, and then open up the Stryd app and try again. Some common problems:
1. Cannot update the firmware on Stryd
2. Cannot record a run
3. Cannot update height and weight on Stryd
4. Cannot retrieve battery level from the Stryd home screen.
