My Stryd is being shipped by USPS and is showing as delivered but I don't have it yet. What is going on?

Once you order your Stryd and you get a shipment alert that your package is being sent, that means your Stryd is on its way to you! 

If you order in the US or Canada before 3pm MST your Stryd will ship that same day. If you order after that time, it will ship the next business day. Orders in the US typically take 1-3 days. 

We are aware of USPS or Canadian Post sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early, only for the actual package to show up the next day or the day after. It sometimes also happens that the mailman leaves the package with a neighbor or at an unexpected location. If possible, please check!

Stryd guarantees delivery of your Stryd, so even if your Stryd does not show up, contact us and Stryd will ship you another device (we may ask for an alternative address).
