After you purchased your Stryd on Stryd.com*, you have 30 days from the day of delivery to try your Stryd. If you decide you want to return your Stryd for whatever reason, contact us!
- Email us at support@stryd.com for authorization first. Please specify why you want to return your Stryd.
- We will send return instructions via email.
- We can only process returns in our headquarters in Boulder, Colorado. All returns must send to:

United States - We do not refund import duties (if applicable).
- We do not offer free return shipping (regardless of location).
- Once we receive your Stryd, we inspect the package to make sure Stryd, charger, and clips were returned.
- After inspecting the package, we will credit your account. We can only refund your purchase using the method used to originally purchase Stryd and we will notify you once we credited your account.
*If you purchased your Stryd from a distributor or other vendor, contact them for their return policy and instructions. We cannot process returns for purchases not made on Stryd.com.
