Is my Garmin lap data visible in PowerCenter?

The Garmin watch lap data is visible in the iOS Stryd app and PowerCenter. This applies to both auto-laps and manual splits.

In PowerCenter, you will find a breakdown of your laps just below the graph of your run. When you select the three dots in the righthand corner, a drop down menu will appear with two options. You can choose between "Show Manual Splits" or "Show Distance Splits".  

The Distance Splits are the laps automatically calculated by PowerCenter.  The Manual Splits will instead show you the laps as recorded by the Garmin watch.  For further analysis, you can select a specific lap from the chart.  Once selected, you will see a breakdown of all the advanced metrics from Stryd during that specific section of the run.
