After setting up the connection from PowerCenter to PolarFlow or Movescount, data will flow automatically into PowerCenter.
If the import from PolarFlow or Movescount suddenlty stopped working, disconnecting from PolarFlow/Movescount from within PowerCenter, and reestablish the connection. That usually resolves the problem. Note that only runs done after the connection is established will upload (not historic runs).
