Instead of a watch, you can use your phone or tablet to record a run.
1) Select the calendar icon on the bottom of the screen to go to your calendar. Select the Plus symbol top right of the screen.
2) Select 'Start Run' You will be able to select outdoor or indoor for treadmill runs.
3) When you're ready to start your run, click the record button on the bottom left.
NOTE: If you are doing an indoor run, you can adjust the incline by swiping up from the bottom of the screen.
