It is strongly recommended that Stryd users maintain their account to have access to PowerCenter and the Stryd app on mobile devices. However, there can be circumstances where runners prefer that their account no longer exists
There is currently no way for users to delete their own account, but Stryders can email support@stryd.com with their request to delete the account from Stryd's ecosystem. Deleting the account will remove all user data and all run data. When emailing support@stryd.com make sure to include the email address used to the account.
