"My Training" Summary
There's an all new Home tab to better help you track your training progress. View your run history over the past week, twelve weeks, or current calendar year. And, see graphs of your running stress, duration, and more.
Auto-Calculated Critical Power
No more CP tests! You can now get an auto-calculated Critical Power based on your running history. Your CP will re-calculate as you gain fitness, so you always know what intensities you should train at.
Watts per Kg
You can now view your CP as W/kg, which is an easier way to track your improvement and see how you compare to other runners.
