If you go for a run and see that your run stress score (RSS) is not right, you can recalculate the RSS. Your RSS can be wrong if your critical power was not set to the right value. A critical power that is too high will result in a low RSS and vice versa. You can recalculate the RSS of your run: hover over the activity in the calendar in PowerCenter, and you will get several options. Click on the circular arrow to recalculate the RSS. Note that you need to update your browser window to see the updated RSS.
