How can I find the ANT ID of my Stryd?

If you have a Garmin watch and run with other Stryders, you can set the ANT+ ID for the Stryd data fields so that the watch will only show power from your own Stryd. 

You can find the ANT ID using your Garmin watch. Check you paired devices under Settings > Sensors and Accessories. Look for FP-STRYD or FP-xxxxx (3-5 digit number). The first is a Bluetooth pairing, the second one ANT pairing. The number is the ANT ID.

If you only see FP-STRYD, add a new device. Move your Stryd while pairing (this might take a few attempts). Your Stryd should show up as FP-xxxxx. Once you have the ANT ID, you can enter it in any of your Stryd data fields using Garmin Connect Mobile, the Connect IQ app or Garmin Express.
