What is my username?

Your username is required when setting up the Stryd Zones Connect IQ data field for newer Garmin watches. The username is different than the email you use on your account. Email is a unique identifier in our system, the username can be changed by yourself.

You can find your username in the Stryd app and PowerCenter.

1. In PowerCenter, the username shows in the top left corner of your runner profile.

2. In the Stryd App, the username shows up in the Setting ->Edit User Profile. Your username will be on the top:

While you can change your username, contact Support if you would like to change your email address.
