If the firmware update of your device gets stuck at 0%, your phone was not able to establish a connection with the Stryd servers to grab the new firmware. These are the recommended steps:
1. Make sure your phone can connect to the internet.
2. You can try the firmware update with the phone connected to WiFi as well as data service through your LTE/4G/5G connections.
3. If you are in a secure environment (like work), access to the Stryd servers may be blocked.
4. Users in China may not be able to connect to our servers. You will need to use a VPN.
