If you are running with a Garmin watch, you should be recording all of your data with your Garmin watch and auto-syncing that data to PowerCenter.
If you are receiving two activity entries per run, you may be syncing your Stryd pod to your mobile app after you finish running.
If that is the case, this is what you can expect to see.
You will see one activity entry from your Garmin watch. If you ran outdoors, this activity will have a GPS map.
You will see a second activity entry from offline sync. This is data collected by the pod and then transferred from the pod after the activity is complete. Stryd starts recording as soon as you start running and stops recording when you finish so the offline sync is typically a bit longer than the activity recorded by your watch because it may include some walking at the start/end of the activity. Additionally, you will not see a GPS map for your activity.
It is recommended to only sync your Garmin Connect activity on PowerCenter. You should setup auto-syncing from Garmin Connect to PowerCenter and discontinue offline syncing. You can remove the duplicate activity entries from offline sync as well.

Note: ensure that you also have the Stryd Zones on your Garmin watch so power data is recorded.
