If you are running with a Garmin watch, you should be recording all of your data with your Garmin watch and auto-syncing that data to PowerCenter.
However, you may not be doing this.
You may be syncing your Stryd pod to your mobile app after you finish running and in addition to or instead of syncing your Garmin data to PowerCenter.
If that is the case, this is what you can expect to see.
On PowerCenter and the mobile app, you are looking at offline sync information from Stryd. This is data collected by the pod and then transferred from the pod after the activity is complete. Stryd starts recording as soon as you start running and stops recording when you finish so the offline sync is typically a bit longer than the activity recorded by your watch because it may include some walking at the start/end of the activity. Additionally, you will not see a GPS map for your activity.
On Garmin Connect, you are looking at the information from your watch. The start/stop points are determined by when you start/stop the watch Plus, you will have a GPS map.
It is recommended to only sync your Garmin Connect activity on PowerCenter. You should setup auto-syncing from Garmin Connect to PowerCenter and discontinue offline syncing.

Note: ensure that you also have the Stryd Zones on your Garmin watch so power data is recorded.
