When you tag a run's RPE you'll receive the Perceived Effort insight card where you can see how this run felt compared to the average of your last 90 days of running for that run type.
Additionally, you can navigate to the Analysis tab in the Stryd app on your mobile device and scroll down until you see the Perceived Effort chart. I will show your runs from the last 90 days. An example:
