Structured workouts on the watch can only be performed on Garmin Connect IQ 3.0 watches, and Apple Watch series 2 and above.
***If you don't have a compatible watch for structured workouts, you can perform the workout by manually lapping your run via your watch's native run mode (or creating it on your watch's platform) according to the workout structure, and pair your completed run with the workout in the calendar within the Stryd app. This will overlay the completed run with the post-run workout view.
Garmin Watch Users - Connect IQ 3.0 Compatible
You can download the Stryd Workout App from the Connect IQ store. After first launching, enter your Stryd username (found in your profile within the app 'Settings' -> 'Edit User Profile') to fetch workouts automatically when Garmin Connect is open (sorry, we know this is a pain, but it is a limitation we have).
Once you've set your watch up, simply select 'Workouts' from the watch's main menu, and then the workout you'd like to perform. If you don't see the workout, select 'Fetch' NOTE: Garmin Connect must be open if using Training Peaks'.

FOR THIRD PARTY PLATFORM'S TRAINING PLANS: Training Peaks, Final Surge, 2Peak required you to enable sending workouts to Stryd. Within the app go to 'Settings' -> 'Connected Accounts' -> select the platform you wish to sync with. Then enable 'Import Workouts From'. Finally, make sure to tap 'Manually Sync Workouts'.
Apple Watch Users
The Apple Watch experience is incredibly simple. Once your Apple Watch is paired, you'll seamlessly receive your workouts under the 'workout' field when you launch the Stryd App on your watch. If you do not see your current day's workout simply 'fetch' the workout from the menu options.
