The Stryd Introduction to Power plan is intended for anyone new to power based training. This plan covers a two week period that will teach you the fundamentals of not only following a training plan, but also how to use Stryd to enhance your running.
The Intro plan is designed to help you:
- Analyze your metrics in the post run analysis screen on PowerCenter and the Stryd Mobile app.
- Utilize features within the Stryd ecosystem to find your optimal training load.
- Establish and maintain an accurate Critical Power.
- Signup for a new Stryd training plan and get training with power!
