The intro training plan is designed to familiarize yourself with the Stryd ecosystem and learn how to balance your training load.
We recommend following the intro training plan as prescribed. If you wish to add more volume to your daily training, please only add easy efforts. Do not modify or increase the prescribed workouts.
After the intro plan, you will be ready to sign-up for one of our many Stryd Training Plans and choose between low or high volume.
