The Stryd training plans are designed to balance the hard effort days with recovery days. This balance is essential in order to take your training to the next level.
We recommend following the training plan as prescribed. If you wish to add more volume to your daily training, please only add easy efforts. Do not modify or increase the prescribed workouts. The same goes for the recovery days. If you are part of the high volume plan and wish to run more of a medium volume, you can swap in a cross-training day or day off as you see fit.
