When you log in to the app or update the Stryd app on your phone, we download your full running history in the background. While that is happening, you may not see your runs on the Profile or in the Calendar for a few seconds up to a few minutes (depending on your internet connection, amount of data in your calendar, etc.). If after a few minutes, your runs still haven't appeared, please perform the following:
- Go to the 'Settings' tab
- Select 'Debug Options'
- Select 'Download Full Calendar History'
Your data in our database is not affected by updating the app, or logging into the Stryd app.
