What should I start my Critical Power at if I am new to Stryd?

COROS watches feature a native power data field that your Stryd data will be reported through. When setting the Stryd up with your COROS watch for the first time, COROS will prompt you to enter a Critical Power. If you have not yet received a Critical Power calculation from Stryd, we recommend leaving this value at 0 watts and updating it as soon as Powercenter calculates a Critical Power for you. Note that your Power Zones in the COROS watch will not be correct until you have received a Critical Power reading and updated it in your watch.
