Your power-based workouts can be pushed to your Garmin and Apple Watch for minute-by-minute workout guidance. Below is where to find your saved workouts on each watch:
Stryd Workout App (for Garmin):
1) Open Stryd on your Garmin Watch.
2) Select "Workouts". This will be a list of all power-based workouts loaded to the watch.
3) Scroll through the options and select the workout you wish to complete.
For Apple Watch:
1) Open the Stryd app on your Apple Watch.
2) Choose "Work Out".
3) If your workout doesn't automatically appear, select "Fetch Workouts" to be sure your workout list is up to date.
4) Select the workout you wish to complete.
5) Press "Start".
