We are unable to make guaranteed delivery timelines during this holiday period due to the limitations of most mail carriers, which experience heightened shipping volumes during this period.
It is especially difficult for this 2021 holiday season with the additional restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.
In order to ensure the best chance of delivery before December 25, we recommend orders must be placed by December 14th, 2021 if you are in the United States, Australia, or the UK.
Please get your orders in as soon as possible if you live elsewhere in the world.
It is reasonable to expect Stryd orders to ship within 48 hours of the purchase, as we make every effort to get your new running power meter to you as quickly as possible! Our team ships your order as soon as we possibly can from our fulfillment center that is closest to you.
Here is where and how your order will ship:
- If you live in the United States or are shipping to a military base, your order will ship via a local fulfillment center. Shipments go out Monday-Friday. Orders placed before Noon Mountain Time will ship the same day.
- If you live in the European Union, your order will ship from our service center in the Netherlands. Your order will likely ship via DPD, however another service may be used depending on your exact location.
- If you live in China, Russia, or Hong Kong, your order will ship from our service center in Asia. Your order will be shipped via local courier.
- If you live in the UK, your order will ship from our fulfillment center in the UK.
- If you live in Australia, your order will ship from our fulfillment center in Australia.
- If you live elsewhere in the world, your order will ship from our headquarters via DHL Express.
Tracking Expectations
During the holiday period, tracking links may not be updated enough to accurately reflect the progress of your shipment, but we have observed that orders are still moving even if the tracking information is not updating or accurate.
Stryd does not have additional information about the status of your shipment beyond the tracking link sent to you by email when your order was fulfilled. We ask that you are patient and plan according to these delivery timelines for the receipt of your order. You should not expect the order to necessarily arrive in 3-5 business, as it typical at other times of year.
