The Apple Watch Stryd app offers structured workout guidance in real-time through it's workout mode. The primary data screen (where the workout targets versus real-time actual power is displayed) by default, currently looks something like this:
There is currently no option to customize the data displayed on this screen like there is when using the standard "Run" mode in the Apple Watch app. We hope to provide greater customization options for structured workouts in future releases.
