How to update the Stryd Workout app on your Garmin watch

WARNING: If you are still seeing v2.3.6 in the Connect IQ store, this is due to a regional roll out delay.

Set-Up / Use

Please open up the 'Connect IQ Store' app on your phone
- If you do not have the 'Connect IQ Store' app on your phone, please click here to download it from Google Play>>
In the search bar of the app, type 'Stryd'
Look for 'Stryd | Workout App' in the search results
Tap the 'Update' button (You will be updating to V3.0+)
Go back to the home screen on your phone and open the ‘Garmin Connect Mobile’ app, ensure your watch is near your phone, and sync your watch so that the app can transfer to your watch
Note: This is an app for your watch. You can open the app by scrolling through your other apps such as 'Run', 'Bike', 'Swim'. You should look for the 'Stryd' app and select it.

Open the ‘Garmin Express’ app on your computer
Select your watch
Select 'IQ Apps'
Select 'Get More Apps'
A browser window will open
Please search for 'Stryd'
Select 'Stryd | Workout App' and select update
Sync your device and the app will be updated
