If you forgot your Stryd on a run but did a similar run in the past, you can complete your running record. At this time you cannot import any files without power data or create a manual entry in PowerCenter, but can copy an old run.
1. Export your old run to your computer.
2. Open fitfiletools.com and launch Time Adjuster.
3. Upload your old run and select the date of your recent run where you forgot your Stryd.
4. Save the file to your computer, and upload it into PowerCenter.
