- Update the Stryd mobile App to the latest version
- Open the Stryd mobile App
- Tap on the ‘Library’ tab
- Scroll down to the ‘Treadmill Workouts’ section
- Select a workout and tap ‘Add to Calendar’
- Select the workout on your calendar
- Tap the ‘...’ in the top right corner
- Tap the ‘Start Run’ option
- Tap to start
- Input the target speed and incline on your treadmill.
- Run! Your workout will start once you reach the target power.
