2 of 3: Add Stryd as a Foot Pod and Configure for Pace and Distance from Stryd [Fenix 7/7s/7x, Epix 2, Instinct 2, FR 955/255]

Follow the below instructions to add Stryd as a foot pod, and configure to receive pace and distance from Stryd on your Garmin watch.

1. Getting started, press and hold the center-left button until a menu appears.

2. Scroll down to ‘Settings' and select ‘Sensors & Activities’.

3. Select ‘Add New’.

4. Scroll down to and select ‘Foot Pod’.

5. Shake your Stryd to wake it up. Select it from the screen.

6. If done correctly it will show as ‘connected’. Select it to continue and edit.

7. Scroll down and select ‘Speed’.

8. Scroll down to and select ‘Always’.

9. Scroll down and select ‘Distance’.

10. Scroll down to and select ‘Always’.

11. Scroll down to and select ‘Cal. Factor’.

12. Scroll down to and select ‘Disable’.

13. Scroll down to ‘Set Value’ and confirm that it is 100.0.

14. Press and hold the center-left button to return to your watch’s default screen.
