A Stryd user asks "I am currently running about 25miles per week or run an RSS of 200-250 per week. I want to now train for a marathon (race is Dec. 3rd. 2022) so I created a training plan in the stryd app. The plan started but the intensity is overall very low (RSS 42) with very short runs of about 20min. This is way below my capability right now. Is there a way to adjust the plan to it 'picks me up' at my current level? Or would I have to select a completely different plan for that (I know there is one where mileage can be adjusted)."
