Critical Power update?
Another Stryder asks:
"I have been using Stryd for over a month and training for a half marathon and my critical power hasn’t change at all since the beginning. I have done numerous runs of 4-16 miles of various speeds and nothing has changed it. "
I suggest taking a close look at your Power Duration Curve to better understand the runs contributing to your current Auto Calculate Critical Power estimate. You will be able to see when your best power over various durations was achieved in the last 90-days and target areas of your curve for improvements.
