Does Stryd record GPS and Heart Rate data?

Stryd does not have a GPS chipset onboard. Stryd also does not receive data from heart rate monitors. 

If you want GPS and Heart Rate information you will need to make sure you have a Stryd compatible watch with GPS and heart rate monitor capabilities.
