I have some questions which i hope someone can answer regarding the stryd workout app in garmin. 

1. If i use the stryd workout app, does it automatically use stryd pod for power and pace? Or will it use the settings of the pod in garmin sensor & accessories?

2. Using the stryd workout app, it doesnt have an autolap settings right? If i need to lap every 1km, i have to manually create the workout with such breakdown and it works only if my workout is distance based. If it is time-based then there is no way to simulate an autolap 1km. Correct?

  Hi William, Stryd Workout App will use Stryd for power, and will use Stryd for pace too if your watch is fully compatible. Read: https://support.stryd.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043019354-Garmin-Compatibility-with-Stryd 

  Auto-lap can also be enabled with the Stryd Workout App! Just as with the native Garmin Run mode on the watch.
