My request is just a small thing that could be helpful for analysis of workouts.
For now, when I do structured workout with Stryd, lap is recorded when workout step ends.
I think the way how native Garmin activity is handling this is better: it records lap on every kilometer, OR when workout step ends OR when I press lap button.
Just an example: let's say I run 60 minutes and my pace is 5:12/km, then I run for 10 minutes and my pace is 4:30/km, then 10 minutes at 5:00/km.
So I run 11.54 km @ 5:12, 2.22 km @ 4:30/km, 2 km @ 5:00/km.
Laps should be: 1 km, 2 km, ..., 11 km, 11.54 km, 12.54 km, 13.54 km, 13.76 km, 14.76 km, 15.76 km, instead of just 3 laps 11.54, 2.22, 2.00.
It's probably quite simple change. If you think that not everyone likes it, there could be switch in settings wheter user wants to use this feature or not.
For now I workaround this, by splitting workout steps to kilometers (i.e. 13x1 km reps instead of 1x13 km), but it's cumbersome.
