    Maybe your auto-CP is too low. This can happen when do not hard workout between 20 and 50 minutes

    If you’re not training for a race that is any time soon, then you should probably try the Base Fitness plan first. I’ve used it and it was a good bridge between race cycles.

    You could always go through two shorter training cycles instead of one long and slow increase in training volume

    If it were me, I’d use my own judgment to increase the length on easier days to maintain my aerobic base early in the plan. Early in the plan, it’s probably best not to increase the intensity of the actual workouts so you don’t risk overtraining or burnout later on.
